摘要
目的评价胃癌病理分型对其预后的影响.方法回顾分析我院自1985年至2005年住院并进行手术的胃癌患者382例.结果病理分型不同但侵润深度相同的肿瘤,患者淋巴结转移率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且术后5a生存率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论对于侵润深度相同,但病理分型不同的肿瘤,积极的手术治疗则预后将无明显差别.
Objective To investigate the relationship between the pathology and prognosis of gastric cancer. Methods An retrospective analysis was made on 382 patients with gastric cancer, who were hospitalized and operated from 1985 to 2005. Results Tumor histology was related to patients＇ age and gender, as well as tumor size, gross type and depth of invasion. Within an individual layer of tumor invasion, there was not significant difference in lymph node metastasis among tumors with different histology nor in terms of five-year survival rate among patients with tumors of different histology. Conclusion For tumors with identical depth of invasion, irrespective of the pathological type, the postoperative prognosis is about the same.
