摘要
学生是学校的主体,在构建和谐高职院校的过程中,我们必须树立以学生为本的理念。以学生为本就是要尊重学生、理解学生、关心学生、服务学生。在具体做法上,需要优化校园外部环境、强化服务意识、建立健全学生利益诉求的表达机制和实现机制、培养学生的自我组织和管理能力,只有这样才能真正实现校园和谐。
Students are the principal part of a school. In the process of building of harmonious vocational and technical colleges, we must foster the student-oriented idea. the student-oriented idea is to respect and understand the students, care for the students and provide services for the students. The construction of a harmonious vocational and technical college is a systematic project, which needs to optimize the external environment of the campuses, strengthen the sense of service, establish and improve the expression and realization mechanisms of students＇ interests anddemands, and also to develop students＇ selforganization and management ability. Thus, we can make a vocational and technical college into a harmonious one.
