长时间低流量七氟醚麻醉对肝纤维化兔肝功能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察长时间低流量七氟醚麻醉对肝纤维化兔肝功能的影响。方法采用四氯化碳(CCl4)和乙醇建立兔肝纤维化模型。8周后肝纤维化模型兔随机分为七氟醚组(S组,n=6)和肝纤维化对照组(F组,n=6),正常对照组(N组,n=8)。N组及S组动物给予1个最小肺泡浓度(MAC)的七氟醚麻醉8 h。记录两组动物的苏醒时间。检测麻醉前,麻醉后8 h及第3 d,5 d,7 d的肝功能变化。F组兔在相同时点检测肝功能。第7 d或动物死亡时,取动物肝脏做病理检查。结果该肝纤维化模型(S组和F组实验动物)100%的形成了中、重度肝纤维化。麻醉前,肝纤维化组(S组和F组)较正常对照组(N组)肝功能明显异常,S组与F组相比差异无统计学意义。N组吸入七氟醚8 h后肝酶学指标有所增高,丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)在第3 d与基础值相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。S组和F组在麻醉后8 h、3 d、5 d、7 d的肝酶学指标较基础值下降,但与基础值相比差异无统计学意义,两组之间比较差异也无统计学意义。N组,S组动物苏醒时间差异无统计学意义。结论长时间低流量七氟醚麻醉对肝纤维化兔肝功能没有明显影响,不会引起肝功能的进一步恶化。
