摘要
目的探讨异氟醚吸入麻醉方法对小型猪麻醉的效果。方法对20头巴马小型猪进行异氟醚吸入麻醉,进行麻醉监测。结果麻醉20例,无麻醉意外情况或死亡,成功率100%。结论异氟醚吸入麻醉应用于小型猪实验,麻醉效果好,麻醉过程平稳,麻醉深度容易控制,安全性高,生命体征稳定,手术后苏醒快,是一种理想的麻醉方法 。
Objective To investigate the efficiency of isoflurane inhalation anesthesia on minipigs. Methods Isoflurane inhalation anesthesia was used on 20 Bama minipigs with anaesthesia monitoring. Results The number of the sample was 20. The survival rate was 100% . Conclusions Isoflurane inhalation anesthesia used in experiments was an effective,safe and stable method on Bama minipigs,and depth of anesthesia easily controlled and postop palinesthesia soon.
