摘要 目的:为了解护生实习前的心理状态及技能准备情况,使护生能顺利完成实习任务。方法:对某校2002级120名护生在实习前培训阶段引入护理程序的方法,将护理程序的思想贯彻到每个护生的学习过程中,进而在了解护生心理状态及实践技能掌握情况后,有针对性的开展岗前心理教育、岗前座谈、经验交流及岗前技术练兵等活动。结果:护生们顺利完成了由学生向护士的转变,又得到了实习医院医护人员、患者及其家属的一致好评。结论:护理程序在实习前培训中运用能使得护生更好的完成实习任务,达到预期目标。 Objective: In order to understand the psychological state of nurse students, and their preparations of clinical skills before the practice, ensure the students finish their practice smoothly;Methods: One hundred and twenty students were applicated nursing procedure at the state of training before the practice and every state of their studying. Psychological education, talking, experience communication, clinical skill training were developed before the clinical practice according to the psychological state and the mastering of clinical technical of them. Results: The nurse students had exchanged their roles from students to nurses easily, and gotten good reputations from the doctors, nurses, patients and their families of the hospital they practiced. Conclusion: The application of nursing procedure in the training before nurse students' practice could help them to finish the practice aims better, and reach the expected target.
