摘要
目的观察正常人体腹股沟区的解剖结构包括内环位置、腹股沟管的解剖特点等。方法对解剖尸体(经甲醛防腐处理)11具,男7具,女4具(年龄25~65岁),用游标卡尺测量内环位置、腹股沟管和髂前上棘与耻骨结节连线夹角即腹股沟管的倾斜度,并进行左右两侧配对比较。结果右侧内环开口位置较左侧明显为高内环中点位置与腹股沟韧带中点水平线距离右侧为(13.45±5.94)mm;左侧为(11.55±5.03)mm,P<0.05;右侧内环开口较左侧也更为偏向内侧(中间)右侧为(-3.64±4.46)mm,左侧为(-2.45±3.70)mm(P<0.05);右侧腹股沟韧带与腹股沟管的夹角较左侧大(倾斜度小),右侧为(15.28±3.10)°,左侧为(13.64±3.32)°(P<0.05)。结论人的腹股沟管左右解剖结构并不完全一致;内环的位置右侧较高,但倾斜度较小,这是否与斜疝的形成有关,仍待进一步研究。
Objective To study normal human groin anatomic structures including the location of internal ring (IR) and the anatomic character of inguinal canal. Methods The groin areas of 11 human cadavers (fixed in 10% formaldehyde solution, including 7 male and 4 femeal, aged from 25 to 65 years old) were studied, location of internal ring and the slope degree of inguinal canal ( the included angle between inguinal canal and the line acrossing anterior superior iliac spine and pubic tubercle. ) were measured by verni- er caliper. And paired test was taken in comparison between data of left and right sides. Results The position of IR in right is higher ( vertical distance between medial point of deep ring and the erect lines crossing medial point of inguinal ligament is ( 13.45 ± 5.94) mm in right side, and ( 11.55 ± 5.03 ) mm in left side, P 〈 0.05 ). While in the right side the opening of IR is more internally deviated ( P 〈 0.05 ) than that in the left side ( - 3.64 ± 4.46 ) mm in right side and ( - 2.45 ± 3.70 ) mm in left side. The included angle between inguinal canal and inguinal ligament in right is larger than that in left side (15.28°± 3.10°in right side and 13. 640°± 3.32° in left side, P 〈 0.05 ). Condusions The human inguinal anatomic structures are not exactly the same as the other side. The openning of right internal ring is higher than that of the left side, but the slop dgree of inguinal canal is smaller in right side. Whether this change relates to the genesis of indirect hernia or not demands studied.
