摘要
目的探讨新鲜冷冻尸头标本的血管灌注方法。方法成人新鲜冷冻尸头标本,用乳胶染料对动、静脉进行血管灌注。结果经过灌注后的标本,血管特别是动脉系统充盈饱满,易于辨认和在显微镜下行解剖操作。结论血管灌注前标本的选择,血管的冲洗和防腐处理,乳胶灌注的压力是影响灌注好坏的重要因素。灌注后的标本,血管弹性好,易于解剖。对于观察血管的走行,分支的分布和变异非常方便。
Objective The purpose of this study is to determine the better conditions of filling blood vessels of the fresh freezing cadaveric head with latex. Methods Colored latexes were injected in vessels of adult fresh freezing cadaver heads. Results The vessels especially arteries were filled well and could be identified and dissected under microscope easily in specimens after injection. Conclusion The specimens choice, vessels irrigation, antiseptic treatment and filling pressure are all important factors in this process. A good filling increases elasticity of vessels, facilitates dissection of vessels. It is convenient in the study of the courser, distribution of branchings and variations of vessels.
