摘要 目的探索同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)在2型糖尿病微血管病变中的作用。方法利用高热量饮食与链脲菌素制作2型糖尿病大鼠模型,测定Hcy水平,观察其与糖尿病肾病及视网膜病变的关系。结果2型糖尿病大鼠成模12周后,血清Hcy水平较对照组明显升高,肾小球基质相对面积、基底膜及视网膜毛细血管壁的厚度较对照组显著增加,22周后尿白蛋白排泄率明显升高。结论Hcy在2型糖尿病微血管病变的发生、发展中具有重要作用,高Hcy血症是糖尿病微血管病变的危险因素之一。 Objective To investigate the effects of homocysteine (Hcy) in type 2 diabetes microangiopathy(DMAP). Methods Observe the change of plasma homocysteine levels of diabetic retinopathic and diabetic nephropathic rats induced by streptozotocin(STZ) and high calorie diet. Results Plasma Hcy levels, mesangial matrix relative area, the thickness of renal glomerular basement membrane and capillary wall of retina, significantly higher than that of the control group after 12 weeks. The urinary albumin exeretion rate steps up marked 22 weeks later. Conclusion Hcy is a risk for DMAP, and possess significance effect during the course of that.
