摘要
研究了空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收法测定粮食中锰的含量。试验了硝酸、高氯酸用量,消化时间等消化条件的影响,从而确定了最佳消化条件。对四份不同实样分析结果与比色法无显著性差异。
This paper study the determination of manganese in cereals by air-C_2H_2flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Tested the influence of applied quality of HNO_3and HClO_4 digestive time et al. And then the best digestive condition was decided. Theresult of practical analysis is satisfactory.
