摘要
气流干燥器是化工生产中广泛应用的干燥装置.由于过程的复杂性,采用传统的设计计算方法即整体平均方法,计算结果误差很大.介绍一种利用气-固两相流动的有关理论与有关传热研究的实验结果,建立过程的数学模型组,对气流干燥管分段、分区间逐次计算的方法.其计算结果与实际吻合较好,计算须采用计算机进行.
Flash dryer is exbeive applying drying apparatus in chemical production. Because of complexity in drying process, design methods used for traditional method (overal average method) made calculating result have large error. This paper introduced a calculating method step by step separated sation, its calculating results are coincided fairly with practice. You ought to use computer in caldstion.
