摘要 [目的]解决油松种子园基因多样性与遗传增益之间的矛盾。[方法]基于状态数基本原理,研究选择收获、去劣疏伐2种遗传管理策略对油松种子园状态数和遗传增益的影响。[结果]选择收获策略与种子园的遗传多样性呈正相关,与种子园的基因值呈负相关。随着选择收获比例的增加,种子园的遗传多样性增加,育种值下降。去劣疏伐策略与种子园的遗传多样性呈负相关,与种子园的基因值呈正相关。随着疏伐比例的提高,种子园的状态数下降,育种值提高。外源花粉的污染在不同程度上影响整个种子园的遗传增益和遗传多样性水平。[结论]在相同选择强度下,去劣疏伐比选择收获能实现更多的遗传增益,但伴随着遗传多样性的降低。 [ Objective ] The study was to solve the contradiction of genetic diversity and genetic gain of the seed orchard of Chinese pine. [ Method] Based on the basic principles of status number,the effects of 2 kinds of genetic management strategy (selective harvest and thinning) on the status number and genetic gain of seed orchard of Chinese pine were studied. [Result] The strategy of selective harvest had a positive correlation with genetic diversity and had a negative correlation with genetic value. With the increase of the ratio of selective harvest, the genetic diversity of seed orchard was increased and the genetic value was decreased. The strategy of thinning had a negative correlation with genetic diversity and had a positive correlation with genetic value. With the increase of the ratio of thinning, the status number of seed orchard was decreased and the genetic value was increased. Pollution of foreign pollen could affect the genetic gain and genetic diversity level of the whole seed orchard to different degree. [Conclusion] Under the same selective intensity condition, thinning cloud realize more genetic gain that that of selective harvest,but it accompanied the decrease of genetic diversity.
