摘要
本文针对林木良种基地的发展提出下列建议：（１）建立一育二繁良种生产新体制；（２）良种基地建设要适应林业产业多样性需要。林木改良工作应符合两个规律、满足三个要求、采用五多的办法，达到发展高产优质高效林业的目的。
Aimed at the development of forest tree fine variety bases, this paper made
the fol-lowhg suggestions:(1) Establishing a new production system of breeding and
propagating fine va- rieties:and(2) The fine variety base construction should fit in with the
needs of forestry industry diversity and the forest tree improvement work should accord with
two laws.meet three demands and adopt a “five many ”method to attain an objective of
developing the forestry with high yield,quality and efficiency.
