施钾量对上部烟叶钾和烟碱含量及相关酶活性的影响 被引量:13

Effects of Different Potassium Levels on Potassium and Nicotine Contents and Related Enzymes Activeness in Upper Leaves of Tobacco

摘要 [目的]研究施钾量对上部烟叶钾和烟碱含量及相关酶活性的影响,以确定烟叶中钾含量和烟碱含量的关系,为烟草生产提供理论参考。[方法]通过盆栽试验研究了施钾量对上部叶钾和烟碱含量以及对相关酶活性变化的影响。[结果]不同施钾量下烟叶钾含量表现为:高钾>中钾>低钾,烟碱含量表现为:低钾>中钾>高钾,增施钾肥可以达到提高钾含量和降低烟碱含量的效果;不同施钾量下硝酸还原酶和转化酶活性表现为:高钾>中钾>低钾,增施钾肥可提高Inv/NR的比值。烟叶中钾含量和烟碱含量变化在整个生育期呈负相关关系,其中高钾水平相关系数为-0.929**。[结论]增施钾肥有利于上部叶在成熟过程适时由氮代谢向碳代谢的转变。 [ Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of different potassium levels on potassium and nicotine content and related en- zymes activeness in upper leaves of tobacco, find the relationship of potassium content and nicotine content in tobacco, provide theoretical references for tobacco production. [ Method ] Experiments in pot were conducted to study efteets of the different potassium levels on the potassium and nicotine content and related enzymes activeness in tobacco leaves. [ Result] Under the different potassium levels, the potassium of upper -leaf showed the higher supply 〉 the middle supply 〉 the lower supply. The nicotine content showed the lower supply 〉 the middle supply 〉 the higher supply. Potassium content could be raised and nicotine content could be decreased by increase potassium supply. The activity of ni- tratase and transferase showed the higher supply 〉 the middle supply 〉 the lower supply in different potassium levels. Inv/NR of upper-leaf increased with the increase of potassium supply. The potassium content had negative correlation with nicotine content in the whole life of tobacco and the correlation coefficients of the upper supply was -0. 929 [ Conclusion] It was propitious to transforming of carbon and nitrogen metabolism during the process of upper-leaf maturing.
