摘要
为更好地理解海洋工程产品的设计建造方法,以一艘20×104t级浮式生产储油船(FPSO)为例,分析了FPSO的特点,并结合实际生产情况,重点研究了设计建造FPSO时,在船型与结构设计、材料选择、设备与管系选型、电气设计、涂装设计、规范和标准应用以及设计建造管理等方面需注意的主要问题.同时,通过与传统油船的设计建造方法相比较,分析了海洋工程产品与传统船舶在设计方法、管理程序、建造要求、风险利润等方面的异同,为船厂承接海洋工程订单提供参考.
To better comprehend the designing and building of marine products, the characteristics ot a floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) vessels were analyzed with respect to a 200 000 ton prototype FPSO. In the context of manufacturing practices for FPSOs, the main issues discussed were how to decide hull structure, electrical system design, material selection, equipments and pipe categories, painting design, applieation of regulations and standards, management in the proeess of design and construetion of vessels, and so on. On the other hand, by comparing the design and manufacturing methods between FPSOs and conventional tankers, the differences of design principles between marine engineering products and traditional vessels were discussed, ineluding design method, management procedure, building requirements, risk and profit. This paper can provide a reference for shipyards in decision-making of marine engineering orders.
