摘要
应用荧光极化免疫测定（ｆｌｕｏｒｅｓｃｅｎｃｅｐｏｌａｒｉｚａｔｉｏｎｉｍｍｕｎｏａｓａｙ，ＦＰＩＡ）法测定８名受试者利多卡因及另８名受试者的配伍羟丁酸钠的利多卡因的血药浓度．按双室血管处给药模型回归分析取得两组药物动力学参数．统计学处理结果表明，单独给利多卡因组药物动力学参数与配伍羟丁酸钠的利多卡因组相比有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）．
Pharmacokinetics of lidocaine and lidocaine of compalible sodium hydroxybutyrate was studied in 8 patients.The lidocaine concentration in serum measured by FPIA method.Pharmaconetic parameters were obtained by using regression analysis,and were calculated on the basis of two compartments models. The statistical evaluation showed that the pharmacokinetic parameters of lidocaine had significant differences as compared with that of lidocaine of compalible sodium hydroxybutyrate(P<0.01).
