摘要
针对液压比例伺服系统中比例阀存在着严重的死区特性,提出了一种补偿方法,用于克服死区对系统控制性能的影响。该方法是将常规PID与补偿方法相结合,通过在常规PID输出的基础上叠加一个针对死区的补偿量作为总的控制输出,大大提高了控制系统的跟随性能。最后通过仿真分析及在液压锻造机上进行实际应用,证明了该方法在液压比例伺服系统中应用是可行的。
A method of compensation was depicted for the solution of overcoming the characteristic of dead zone of the proportional valve in the hydraumatic proportional servo system. This method uses the combination of the PID and the compensation, by adding the compensation factor for the dead zone to the PID output, the performance of the control system was improved. The results of simulation and the application in the hydraumatic forging machine show the method is feasible.
