摘要 介绍了基于STC89C51单片机的电磁比例阀控制系统。针对电磁比例阀4-20mA的电流输入要求,设计了由DAC0832组成的D/A转换电路和由μA741组成的4-20mA电流电路。本文详述了硬件电路的组成、设计方法和工作原理。该系统利用单片机可以方便地实现对电磁比例阀的控制。在吹箫机器人上应用,效果很好。 This text introduced the electromagnetic proportion valve control system based on STC89C51 single chipped microcomputer. To meet the requirement of 4 -20mA permanent to flow, designed are the D/A changing circuit composed of DAC0832 and 4 -20mA permanent circuit composed of μA741. The composition, design method and operation principle of hardware circuit are introduced in detail. This system can control electromagnetic proportion valve conveniently by utilizing single chipped microcomputer. This application has been utilized in the piping robot and the result is satisfying.
