摘要
液粘软启动装置是一种新型的软启动转置,可将其应用到长胶带运输机系统中。给出了液粘力矩传递公式及其特性曲线,分析工作特点并设计出了液粘控制系统;为了解决启动期间压力增长过快和非线性问题,提出了基于压力斜率截止负反馈的模糊控制方法。该液粘软启动装置在宣城海螺长胶带运输机中体现了良好的控制效果。
The liquid viscous soft start device, which is a new soft start device, was applied into the long distance belt conveyer. The moment transmission formula and the work-characteristic curve were introduced, its working characteristics were analyzed and the corresponding control system was designed. In order to solved the problem of ever-increasing during the start period and the non-linearity characteristic, the fuzzy controller based on the slop cut-off negative feedback of stress was proposed. The practical test about the liquid viscous soft start device applied to the Xuancheng long distance belt conveyer obtained good performance.
