该钢绳芯胶带输送机采用液粘软启动装置,解决了目前国内长距离的输送带重载启车、自主软启动技术跟不上国外先进国家的问题。介绍了液粘软启动装置在钢绳芯胶带输送机上应用的主要技术参数、液粘软启动装置工作原理、优点、创新点及使用情况等。
This steel cable core adhesive tape conveyer uses the fluid to stick the soft starter, solves me question of long distance conveyor belts start in the situation of heavy loading at the present in our country , the independent soft start technology could not follow the overseas advanced countries. This article introduced the main tech- nical parameter of the fluid sticks soft starter in reality application of the steel cable core adhesive tape conveyer, the principle of work, the merit characteristic, the innovation spot, the service condition and so on.
