摘要
建立了二次络合滴定法测定藻酸双酯钠口崩片的含量。通过水解将藻酸双酯钠中的磺酸基转换成硫酸盐,用过量的氯化钡沉淀硫酸盐,加入金属离子掩蔽剂消除其中铁杂质的影响,以EDTA滴定液滴定过量的钡,以二次络合滴定法准确判断滴定终点。线性范围为20～160mg;平均回收率为101.4%,RSD为1.1%。
A two-step compleximetric method was established for the determination of alginic sodium diester orally disintegrating tablets. Sulphate was formed from sulfo group through hydrolysis and was deposited by adding excess barium chloride. Triethanolamine was added to eliminate the interference of iron ions. Experiments were conducted by two-step compleximetry. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 20 - 160mg. The average recovery was 101.4 % with RSD of 1.1%.
