摘要
利用在硫酸介质中亚硝酸根催化氯酸钾氧化亚甲基蓝的显著褪色反应,催化褪色的程度在一定条件下与亚硝酸根浓度成线性,建立测量痕量亚硝酸根的新方法。线性范围为0.4mg/L~3.0mg/L,检出限为0.13mg/L,平均回收率为99.3%,用此方法测量黄瓜和芹菜中痕量的亚硝酸根,结果满意。
It was found that a distinctly fading reaction, based on the catalytic effect methylene blue by potasssium bromate in acidic medium, and the extent of the catalytic of NO2^- on oxidation of fading responsed linear, ly to the concentration of NO2^- under a certain conditions. Thus, a new method for determination of NO2^- was developed. The linear range for determination of NO2^- is 0.4 mg/L-3.0 mg/L with a detection limit of 0.13 mg/L.The method was applied to determine nitrite in vegetables with satisfactory results.
