摘要
历经8年的两届总统任期,普京给自己的总统生涯画上了圆满的句号。普京在8年总统任期内实现了使俄罗斯经济由摆脱危机到恢复性增长再到逐步振兴的发展历程,其治理经济的突出业绩得到俄罗斯国内外的普遍认可和高度评价。本文着重对普京时期俄罗斯经济增长的性质与基本特征,普京时期俄罗斯经济增长与经济发展的矛盾与隐忧,后普京时代俄罗斯经济发展的机遇与面临的挑战等问题展开深入分析。
After two presidential terms lasting eight years,Vladimir Putin drew a satisfactory full stop on his presidential career. In the tenure of eight-year presidency,Putin achieved the development process of ridding Russian economy of crisis to its restoration growth and then to gradual rejuvenation. The salient merits of his economic governance won him universal acclaim and high evaluation inside and outside Russia. The article lays emphasis on giving an in-depth analysis of the properties and basic features of Russian economic growth as well as contradictions and hidden woes in Russian economic growth and economic development in Putin period and the Russian economic development opportunities and challenges during the post-Putin era.
