摘要
近年来,俄罗斯频繁调整中俄经贸政策,标志着中俄贸易关系处于调整期,调整期中,中俄经贸关系存在着诸多问题。满洲里市要发展口岸贸易必须站在自身定位、自身优势的基础上,在调整边境贸易结构、培育贸易和投资主体的国际化水平、实施对外开放战略、发挥立体化口岸体系作用、构筑陆桥经济合作机制等方面做出适应性调整,这不仅对满洲里口岸经济发展具有重要作用,对沿边陆路口岸的贸易发展也具有重要意义。
In recent years, the frequent adjustment of trading policy of Rusia with China shows the phase of adjustment of Sino - Rusia trading relationship. There are various problems in Sino - Rusia trading relationship in this period and the problems tend to be extended. To develop the port trade, Manzhouli should base on self orienting with the advantages of its own, making adjustment in the aspects of border trading structure, fostering trading and investing subject with international level, implementing opening policy, giving scope to three-dimension systematic functions as well as constructing economic cooperation mechanism of land bridge and so on. It is not only of great significance to the development of Manzhouli port economy, but also of the guiding importance to the border port trading development.
