摘要
本文阐述了教师职业倦怠的内涵及其表现,分析了地方高校青年教师职业倦怠的成因,如对角色转换的不适应、理想与现实的反差、付出与回报的显著不平衡、地域因素、角色负荷过度等。在此基础上,探讨了应从主客观方面进行干预,以缓解或消除地方高校青年教师职业倦怠,并提出了综合措施。
This thesis elaborates the connotation and performance of young college teachers' job burnout, analyses its causes such as inadaptation for role conversion, contrast between ideal and reality, notable imbalance between pay and gain,geographical factors,role overburden etc. On its basis, it further probes into the intervention from subjective and objective aspects so as to ease and remove young college teachers' job burnout in local colleges. Finally it puts forward comprehensive measures to resolve this problem.
