摘要
从健身目的、动作技术、健身治疗、对机体和行为的影响和范围/频率等方面比较健身性健美操与瑜伽两种健身方式,旨在全民健身实施中科学合理地选择健身方法提供理论依据。结果显示两种健身方法目的基本相同;对机体的影响有明显的差异;练习时偏重的方面不相同;互有优点同时又存在各自的局限性。并提出相关建议,以期更为有效地指导全身健身运动。
This article studies two kinds of fitness means including aerobics and yoga from fitness purposes,action skills, fitness care, the effects on the body and behavior and its range and frequency. The purpose of the article is to provide the theoretical basis for people to choose fitness means scientifically and reasonably. The results finally show the following facts, the aim of the two fitness means is basically identical; there are obvious differences between the effects on the body; The emphasis is not identical while exereising; each has merits and limitations. The article also advances relevant suggestions to guide national fitness more effectively.
