摘要
本试验研究了云南烤烟20级标样烟叶中多酚类化合物与等级的关系,结果表明:影响烟叶多酚类物质含量的主要因素是烟叶部位、颜色,在同一部位同一颜色的烟叶中,多酚的含量随等级的升高而增加。
In this paper the relation between polyphenols in leaf tobacco of Yunnan flue-cured tobacco and the leaf tobacco rank is studied. The experiments show that the main factors influencing content of polyphenols in leaf tobacco are stalk position and color. In the leaf tobacco with same position and same color, content of polyphenols is increasing as the rank is raised.
