摘要
目的探讨慢性淋巴细胞白血病(CLL)细胞免疫表型。方法应用流式细胞仪,选用一系列的淋巴细胞和髓系相关抗原的单抗对42例CLL患者进行淋巴细胞表面抗原检测。结果CLL患者CD5+/CD19+的单克隆B细胞表达占92.9%,CD5-/CD19+的占7.1%,CD19+/CD20+/HLA-DR+的占100.0%。髓系相关抗原中CD13表达率为23.8%,CD33表达率为21.4%。结论对慢性淋巴细胞白血病患者进行免疫表型分析,对于诊断和鉴别诊断有重要意义,并为临床治疗和预后评估提供依据。
Objective To study the immunophenotypes of chronic lymphocytic leukemia （CLL） . Methods The immunophenotypes of 42 cases of chronic lymphocytic leukemia were determined by immunocytometry. Results In CLL, the expression of CD5 ＋/CD19 ＋ was 92.9%, CD5 -/CD19 ＋ was 7.1% ,CD13 ＋ was 25% and CD33 ＋ was 21%. Conclusion The immunophenotyping technique is very effective in diagnosing lymphocytic leukemia and it is helpful for the treatment and evaluation of prognosis of this disease.
