摘要
目的探讨国产长春瑞滨联合国产草酸铂方案时辰化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌的治疗效果及其毒性反应。方法2006年10月至2007年10月,我科收入晚期非小细胞肺癌32例,其中腺癌12例,鳞癌16例及大细胞肺癌4例。采用长春瑞滨+草酸铂联合化疗,时辰法给药。长春瑞滨的高峰浓度时间为7am;草酸铂的高峰浓度时间为4pm。治疗2～3个周期后评价疗效。结果32例总有效率(CR+PR)为53.1%(17/32),肺腺癌有效率为41.7%(5/12),肺鳞癌有效率为62.5%(10/16),大细胞肺癌有效率为50.0%(2/4)。主要毒性反应为骨髓抑制和周围神经炎。结论长春瑞滨与草酸铂联合方案进行时辰化疗对晚期肺癌有较好的治疗效果,毒性反应可以耐受。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicities of chrono-chemotherapy with Navelbine plus Oxaliplatin in advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods From October 2006 to October 2007,32 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were enrolled in this study.There were 12 patients with adenocarcinoma,16 patietns squamous cell carcinoma and 4 patients with large cell carcinoma.NVB and L-OHP was delivered in a chronomodulated mode,with the peak concentrations of NVB and L-OHP at 7am and 4pm,respectively.Treatment results were evaluated after at least 2 cycles of treatment.Results The response rate（CR＋PR）of the 32 patients was 53.1%.The response rate for patients with adenocarcinoma,squamous cell carcinoma and large cell carcinoma was 41.7%,62.5% and 50.0%,respectively.The main toxicities were myelosuppression and peripheral neuritis.Conclusion Chrono-chemotherapy with NVB＋L-OHP is effective in the treatment of patients with advanced Non-small cell lung cancer.The toxicities are mild and tolerable.
