摘要 针对现代大型循环流化床锅炉所普遍存在的水冷壁磨损问题进行研究分析,并据此提出了防止水冷壁磨损的相关措施。最后就循环流化床锅炉水冷壁磨损问题建立了有关数学模型,并应用Fluent软件对循环流化床锅炉炉内的空气动力场进行了数值模拟。 The widely existed water wall wear problems of large-scale circulating fluidized bed boiler (CFB) are studied. Further more, the effective measures are promoted against these problems. Mathematical models are built for CFB boiler water wall wear problems. The aerodynamic field in the furnace of CFB boiler was simulated numerically with FLUENT (CFD).
