摘要
大学章程是大学自我治理的宪章,在大学发展中具有举足轻重的作用。我国部分高校大学章程的建设工作相对滞后。对香港科技大学章程与吉林大学章程的文本比较分析发现,大学章程建设还存在一些问题。只有立足国情,把特有的大学精神、办学理念和中国的优秀文化传统融入到大学的章程建设之中,才能建立一套既具有时代精神和文化传统特色,又符合现代大学制度的大学章程。
The Statutes of the University is the university self- government charter, whic have played a very important role in the development of the university. However, the building of the statute has lagged behind in some colleges and universities. Based on the text analysis on Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Jilin University Statute, the writer describes the present problems in our country University Statutes and some suggestions on improving them.
