摘要
青海省第二次农村土地调查是在符合《第二次全国土地调查技术规程》的基础上,根据青海省现有农村土地调查资料和成果,并结合青海省省情,本着既满足调查质量要求,又节约人力、物力的原则开展的。本次调查采用了以下技术流程:收集分析已有的资料、遥感影像解译判读、外业调查工作底图制作、外业调查核实、基本农田上图、建立农村土地调查数据库及面积统计汇总。并在外业地类核查中根据农业县、半农半牧县和牧业县的地类特点采用了针对性的核查和补充调绘。
The paper mainly introduces the technical procedure of the secon-round rural land survey in Qinghai province,including: collecting and analysing the existing materials,interpreting remote sensing video,making base map of field work,verifying through investigation in field work,mapping primary farmland,setting up database forrural land survey and collecting the rural land acreages,verifying and investigating additionally according to the characteristics of agricultural counties,agricultural-pastoral counties and pastoral counties.
