摘要
通过对张掖市二次土地调查中采取"测绘前置"方式的做法、成效等实证分析,参考国外成功的经验和做法,结合地籍管理工作的发展趋势,分析了在城镇土地调查中广泛采用"测绘前置"方法的可行性,提出了在农村土地调查中试点推行"测绘前置"思路,对进一步加快二次土地调查进度,提高成果质量具有借鉴意义。
According to the empirical analysis of method and effect of＂Pre-mapping＂which was used in the Second Territory Investigation in Zhangye city, referenced to the successful experience and modus operandi and based on the development trend of the cadastral management, this paper analyzed on the feasibility of the ＂Pre-mapping＂ method that usually used in the town＇s land investigation and put forward a thought that carry out the in the rural land investigation pilot. It has reference significance on the further accelerating the progress of the Second Territory Investigation and improving the quality of the results.
