摘要
首次报道新显色剂间乙酰基氯磺酚的合成方法。研究了试剂与铌的显色反应。在1.8~3.0mol/l HCl 介质中,铌与试剂形成蓝色的络合物。在635nm 处有最大的吸收峰,摩尔吸光率为3.35×10~4l·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。在0~60微克铌/50ml 范围内符合比耳定律。大多数金属离子不干扰测定。用于钢中微量铌的直接测定,获得了满意的结果。
The synthesis of meta-acetyl-sulphochloro-phenol(SCPmA)is described.The color reac-tions between SCPmA and niobium have beenstudied.In 1.8~3.0 N HCI medium,niobiumleacts with SCPmA to form a blue complex,having an absorption maximum at 635nm.Underthe conditions employed,the molar absorptivitywas found to be 3.35×10~4 l·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)·Beer'slaw is obeyed for 0~60μg Nb in 50ml solution.Most metal ions did not interfere with the deter-mination.The method has been used for thedirect determination of micro amounts of nio-bium in steel with satisfactory results.
