摘要
采用东北地区常见的农业秸秆与木屑,按照不同碳氮比进行混合,筛选得到5个黑木耳二级菌种培养料配方,这对推进黑木耳二级菌种标准化生产的技术水平具有指导作用。
The agricaltural straws which are often seen in northeast district of China mixed with the sawdust in different C/N proportion. Five optimum medium formulas were acquired, which promoted the standardized production for pre-culture spawn of A uricularia auricula.
