锌诱导的金属硫蛋白在大鼠高血压发病中的保护作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察金属硫蛋白(metalothionein,MT)对高血压发病的防治作用。方法:采用腹主动脉狭窄-高盐摄入性高血压模型,事先给予氯化锌诱导内源性金属硫蛋白,观察心肌组织的MT和丙二醛(MDA)的水平以及血压的变化。结果:心脏及肾脏组织的MT水平在锌诱导组较高血压组各增加1.7倍(P<0.01)及2.4倍(P<0.01),而丙二醛水平则分别下降80%((P<0.01)和44%(P<0.01),锌诱导组的血压较高血压组血压下降28%(P<0.05),并且观察到心肌MT水平与MDA含量呈明显负相关(r=-0.95,P<0.01)。结论:MT清除自由基作用可能在高血压发病中具有一定的保护意义。 AIM: To examine protective roles of metallothionein(MT) on hypertensive rats. METHODS: By the model of hypertensive rats of abdominal constrition high salt diet, endogenetic MT was induced by pre administered ZnCl 2, the levels of MT and MDA were measured in myocardial and renal tissues, and the levels of blood pressure were examined in treated groups. RESULTS: The MT levels of myocardial and renal tissues in Zn induced group increased 1 7 times ( P<0 01 ) and 2 4 times ( P<0 01 ) of hypertensive group, the MDA levels of myocardial and renal tissues decreased 80% ( P<0 01 ) and 44% ( P<0 01 ), the level of blood pressure in Zn induced group reduced 28% ( P< 0 05) of the blood pressure in hypertensive group, the content of cardiac MT has obviously negative relation with the level of cardiac MDA ( r=-0 95,P<0 01 ). CONCLUSION: Protective effects of MT in hypertensive rats may be related to scavenging free radicals.
