超声波对聚合物挤出成型的影响及研究进展 被引量:5

Research Development of Effect of Ultrasonic on Polymer Extrusion Moulding

摘要 概述了超声波对聚合物成型、改性的影响及其研究进展,介绍了超声波的作用机理、超声波在降低聚合物粘度、提高挤出产量以及对聚合物力学性能和结晶形态的影响。结果表明,超声波的加入,可以降低挤出口膜压力,提高挤出质量,降低聚合物的粘度。 The research and development of ultrasonic in field of polymer moulding and modification were briefly introduced. The mechanism of ultrasonic, the effect of ultrasonic in reducing polymer viscosity, improving extrusion capacity, and on the mechanical performance and crystal morphology of polymers were presented.
