摘要
目的:通过对推拿复合手法配合师氏镵针划割口腔黏膜治疗周围性面瘫的临床观察,旨在寻找一种痛苦小、方便有效,并能加速疾病的恢复,缩短疗程的综合治疗方法。方法:按照随机的原则,将符合诊断标准的患者87例分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用推拿复合手法配合师氏镵针划割口腔黏膜方法治疗,对照组采用单纯毫针治疗,10次1个疗程,分别治疗3个疗程,治疗结束后对其总疗效进行比较。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组,但P>0.05。结论:推拿复合手法配合师氏镵针划割口腔黏膜疗法并不亚于单纯毫针疗法,是一种简便有效、痛苦小的疗法。
Objective： To find a new method of convenience and painless through observing on peripheral facial paralysis with message and new nine needles. Methods： According to random sample the 87 patients were divided into study group and control group, the patients on study group was treated by message and new nine needles, meantime another group was treated by filiform needle. After three courses we compare the effect between two groups. Result： The study group efficiency is more high than control group,but P 〉 0. 05. Conclusion： The method of message and new nine needles is convenience and painless for peripheral facial paralysis.
