摘要
目的探讨火针加毫针治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效。方法将广东省中山市中医院2011年1月～2012年1月收治的78例颈源性头痛患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组采用毫针治疗,观察组采用火针加毫针治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果对照组总有效率是74.36%(29/40),观察组总有效率为94.87%(37/39),两组患者间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论火针加毫针治疗颈源性头痛比单纯的毫针治疗效果要好,有效率大大提高,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the fire needle needles in the treatment of cervicogenic headache. Methods 78 cases with cervicogenic headache admitted to hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 were randomly divided into control and observation group and control group. Control group treated with needle, the treatment group were treated with acupuncture needles fire, treatment effect in two groups werecompared. Results The total efficiency in the control group was 74.36% （29/40）, the total effective rate was 94.87% （37/39） in observation group, the difference was significant between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Fire acupuncture needle treatment of cervicogenic headache is better than the acupuncture needle treatment, efficiency is greatly improved, and worthy of promotion and application.
