摘要
为探寻宽叶羌活种子深休眠原因及打破休眠的途径,在不同温度条件下水浸提宽叶羌活种子,测定其浸提液对白菜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响.研究结果表明,宽叶羌活种子中存在较强的内源抑制物质;在种子耐受温度范围内,随着浸种温度的升高,浸提液中内源抑制物质生理活性愈强,45℃条件下的水浸提液对白菜抑制活性最强,35℃次之,25℃最弱;并且在同一温度下对白菜种子抑制活性随着浸提次数的增加而减弱.采用45℃条件下短时间浸提能有效去除大部分内源抑制物质.
To investigate the reason of the seed dormancy of Notopterygium forbesii Boiss. and to provide effective method of promoting the seed germination, the effect on the water crude extracts of the seeds of N. forbesii on the seed germination of Brassica campestris under the different temperature condition were researched. The results showed that the seeds of N. forbesii contained very strong intrinsic inhibition. In the range of the seed tolerable temperature, the physiological activity of inhibitor increased as the seed soaking temperature increased. The crude extracts under the temperature 45 ℃ showed the strongest inhibitory activity,and 25℃ had the weakest inhibitory activity. Inhibitory activity became weaker along with the increase of extraction times. Most of the intrinsic inhibitor could be removed when dip in water under the 45℃ for short time.
