摘要
目的:研究百蕊草种子内源抑制物质活性及其存在的部位。方法:将百蕊草种子不同浓度、不同浸提次数、不同部位的浸提液用白菜、小麦种子进行生物活性测定。结果与结论:百蕊草种子浸提液可显著抑制小麦和白菜种子的萌发及幼苗生长,且抑制物的活性随质量浓度的增大而增强。当质量浓度达到0.32 g.mL-1时,小麦种子萌发率为0。随浸提次数的增加,浸提液的抑制活性呈现先减弱,后增强的趋势。种壳与种仁都含有活性极强的抑制物质,后者强于前者。本研究首次证明了百蕊草种子中存在活性较强的内源抑制物。
Objective: To investigate the activity and the location of the endogenesis inhibitory substances in seed of of Thesium chinense. Method: The rough extracts from different concentrations, places and extracting times of T. chinense seeds were prepared and determined by its effect on wheat and Brassica sp seed. Result and Conclusion: The extract dramatically inhibited the germentation and the growth of wheat and Brassica sp seed and the inhibitory activity was positively related to the concentration of the extracts. When the concentration reached 0. 32 g . mL^- 1, wheat seed did not germentate. With increasing the extracting times,the inhibi- tory activity first decreased, then increased. The capsule and kernel both had inhibitory substances and the latter was stronger than the former. Highly active inhibitory substances were found first time in the seed of T. chinense.
