摘要
采用气泡液膜法制备了疏松型纳米氢氧化镁(LN-MH),将其和不同氢氧化镁分别填充到线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)中制得复合材料。通过常规力学性能测试、TG、极限氧指数(LOI)和锥形量热仪(CONE)研究了疏松型氢氧化镁(LN-MH)和普通氢氧化镁(C-MH)对LLDPE性能的影响。结果表明:LN-MH/LLDPE复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和氧指数均比C-MH/LLDPE有显著的提高;与C-MH相比,LN-MH对LLDPE有更好的阻燃效果和成炭作用,但热稳定性稍差。
The loose nano-magnesium hydroxide(LN-MH) has been prepared by means of Gaseous Bubble Liquid Membrane Technology. The LN-MH and different common magnesium hydroxide (C- MH) are applied in the LLDPE/MH composites. The influence to the properties of LLDPE of LN-MH and C-M H were discussed by the means of usual mechanical properties test,thermogravimetry, limiting oxygen index test(LOI) and cone calorimeter(CONE). The results showed that the tensile strength,flexural strength and oxygen index of LN-MH/LLDPE composites were improved further more than the C-MH/LLDPE composites. The LN-MH showed better flame retardant effect and chart-forming effect than C-MH, but the thermal stability was weaker a little.
