摘要
目的：改进经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗尿道狭窄的方法和疗效观察。方法：患者21例，21～78岁，平均36．8岁。病史6个月-18年，平均3．5年。21例均接受过尿道扩张治疗，效果均不持久。行经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗，术后留置自制多侧孔尿管冲洗。结果：全部患者均取得良好疗效，随访18个月，无复发。结论：经尿道双极等离子电切术可作为治疗尿道狭窄的一种有效方法。
Objective：To explore the technique of transurethral surgery for urethrostenosis by dipolar plasma resection. Methods：Dipolar plasma resection was carried out on 21 patients who had undertaken urethral sounding and the effect was not lasting, and multiple lateral aperture urinary canal that self-made was placed for washout postoperation. Results：All the operations were suecessful and all the patients got satisfactory effect. No recurred after a 18 months follow up. Conclusions：Dipolar plasma resection is a effective procedure for urethrostenosis.
