摘要
运用免疫组化的染色方法,对12只成年Wistar大鼠心瓣膜中P物质和神经肽Y两种肽能神经纤维的分布特征、纤维密度等进行了对比观察,以探讨其生理和病理意义。结果显示:大鼠心房室瓣与半月瓣均有膨体型、串珠状、呈网状和束状分布的SP神经纤维及NPY神经纤维。NPY神经纤维的数量约2倍于SP纤维,其分布并不均匀。两种纤维都在房室口周围最密,呈环状分布;由瓣膜基部向其游离缘推进,成放射状,密度渐减,终止于近游离缘处。部分纤维延入腱索内,与来自心室乳头肌的同类纤维相混。房室瓣的纤维密度大于半月瓣。横切面上,见两种纤维皆位于瓣膜的心内膜下。结论:心瓣膜有丰富的肽能神经支配,可能与血管舒缩机能的调节及感觉(尤其是痛觉)的传导与调制有关。
The distributional patterns and densities of the substance P(SP) and NPY-containing nerve fibersin cardiac valves of 12 adult male and female Wistar rat were observed using immunohistochemical(ABC) method.The results showed that varied densities of SP and NPY immunoreaction positive nerve fibers were seen in atrioventricular and semilunar valves,which were all of varicose type and distributed in network or bundle-like.The amount of NPY fibers was approximately double that of SP fibers.The SP and NPY fibers radiated in decreasing density from the basis to the free edges of valves and a few of them extended into the tendinous chords,merged with the fibers from papillary muscles of the ventricle.Around the atrioventricular orifice,the fibers reached the highest densities and distributed in circle.The two kinds of fibers in atrioventricular valves were more abundant than in semilunar valves.In the sections,all the positive fibers were beneath the endocardium of valve.Conclution:the cardiac valves have quite plentiful innervations of peptidergic nerve fibers,and their function needs further research.
