摘要
区域旅游合作是一个包含政府合作和企业合作的多层次合作体系。政府合作的主要内容之一是为区域旅游发展提供公共产品。但是,由于有着不同的经济利益,地方政府在提供区域旅游公共产品时,可能会陷入"囚徒困境"和"斗鸡博弈",最终导致公共产品供给的不足和投资结构失衡。因此,必须采取相应的措施加强地方政府的合作。
The region traveling cooperation is a mul-ti-level system that contains the government and en-terprise. One of the primary contents of government co-operation is to provide the public product for the traveling development. However because of the differ-ent profit,it can fall into ＂the prisoner＇s dilemma＂ and ＂the chicken game＂ when they do it. This will cause the insufficiency of public product supplies and the unbalanced investment structure. Therefore, we must take the corresponding measure to strengthen the local authority cooperation.
