摘要
从新中国成立到改革开放之前中国女性科技队伍得到了快速发展,改革开放30年来是中国女性科技队伍迅速发展时期,中国女性在科技界已成为一支不可忽视的重要力量。但中国女性科技队伍建设在取得显著成就的同时,还存在发展不平衡等不足之处。展望中国女性科技人才在新的历史条件下的发展趋势,可发现21世纪女性科技工作者的创新能力会不断增强,科技领军人物也会不断涌现,女性科技工作者必将成为我国科技界的一道亮丽风景线。
Chinese female scientific team had developed rapidly from 1949 to 1978, but it has been developing faster since the year of the policy of ＂Reform and Opening up＂ carried out. Nowadays, it can not be ignored that women in scientific and technological circles have been a critical power. Although there exist some deficiencies while the female scientific team has made significant accomplishment, such as the unbalance in development, its trends in the new age show that the innovation of female scientific workers will be enhanced, and more and more leading women will well up. The female team will play an important part in the Chinese scientific and technologic circles in the 21 st century.
