摘要
目的建立去感热注射液挥发性成分指纹图谱的进样方式。方法采用直接进样、固相微萃取、有机溶剂提取、吹扫捕集和顶空进样等进样方式进行比较。结果选定顶空进样为指纹图谱研究的进样方式。结论本方法为去感热注射液的挥发性成分的指纹图谱研究提供了可靠的进样方式。
Objective To set up the most suitable sampling injection mode for the fingerprint of the volatile components in Quganre Injection. Methods The techniques of direct injection, solid-phase microextraction, organic solvbent extraction, purge-trap sampling and headspace sampling were applied, their effects in fingerpring were compared. Results Headspace sampling was chosen for finger- print study. Conclusion Headspace sampling is reliable in studying the fingerprint of volatile components in Quganre Injection.
