主要讨论了建设工程施工阶段造价的影响因素,进而分析了业主在施工阶段如何进行造价管理的问题,最后提出了有效控制造价的可行方法,以确保施工阶段业主对造价进行全方位控制。
It mainly discusses the influent elements of cost in building project constructing phase, and analyzes the problem of how owner manage cost in constructing phase, finally puts forward feasible method to control cost effectively, in order to ensure that owner can control cost in all fields in constructing phase.
