总结了近年来造价管理改革对施工合同管理的影响,并从合同价款调整、暂估价计价、安全防护及文明施工费用、中介机构参与工程建设、预防拖欠工程款和民工工资共五个方面阐述了施工合同经济性条款的新要求。
The paper summarizes impact of construction contract management from cost management reform in recent years, and puts forward new requirements for economic provisions of construction contract, such as the expenses adjustment, the valuation of estimating temporarily price, the expenses of safety protection and civilized construction, facilitating agency concerned with construction works, guard against the default of project money and peasant laborer wages.
