摘要
随着傅里叶变换红外光谱技术的迅速发展,一些新的联用技术不断涌现并日趋成熟。本文旨在介绍热重分析-傅里叶变换红外光谱(TGA-FTIR)的联机方法、数据处理及结果表示,并以几个实例说明其应用。
With the rapid development of FTIR,new combined analytical techniques keep emerging and maturing.This paper describes some aspects of theomogravimetric analysis/Fourier transform infrareil sper.troscopy,including coupling devices,data collection and data treatment.Kxamples are given to demonstrate its applications.
