摘要
本文介绍了GC—MS联用技术—特征离子选择法测定海藻中石油烃和多环芳烃(PAHs)的分析方法。并就定性定量离子的选择,以及方法的准确度和精密度进行了探讨。结果表明,本方法适用于海洋植物中石油烃和多环芳烃的分析测定。
A method for determining of oil hydrocarbons and polycyclic aromatic hydro-cabons (PAHs) in sea plants by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC/MS) with the selected ion monitoring is described. The results show that the precision and accuracy of the GC/ MS method are satisfactory, and it can be used for quantitative and qualitative analysis and measurement of oil hydrocarbons and PAHs in sea plants.
